Shipping information

We ship our products all over the world for free.

Please pay special attention to the details that you specify in your order. We are not responsible for errors in order details provided by the buyer, such as spelling errors.

If your order is completed and its status is changed to shipped, but you do not see the tracking number, this means that your order has not yet been delivered to the post office for shipment.

 

Care instructions

We draw your attention to tips for the care of our products:
• Dust should be removed from the furniture surface with a dry soft cloth (microfiber, suede, flannel) or special panicles.
• Do not use scrapers or hard-brushed sponges. They leave small scratches.
• Periodically wipe the surface with special antistatic agents.
• Remove dirt with soap and water, followed by dry wiping. Alternatively, wet wipes can be used.
• In no case should you use aggressive cleaning agents (containing chlorine, chemicals, solvents). No cleaning with abrasive detergents (soda).

 

About taxes and import fees

Please note that some country laws require you to pay taxes and import fees. This is due to the fact that our products are packed in large boxes and have a large package weight. Payment of these taxes is the responsibility of the buyer. Our shop does not pay for this because we are not a resident of the buyer's country.
